The Dominican Republic started off the World Baseball Classic with a bang today. They beat Venezuela in their first game 11-5. I just thought that I would keep ya'll updated on how they do in this tournament. It's baseball country down there so I'm dang excited to see how they do. Hopefully, they keep winning and I won't have any sad games to update you on. Anyways, cheer on the Dominicans because they have a freakin' good team and hopefully they'll end up takin' the whole thing. Next up, Italy on Thursday at 11 am. Pa' lante!!!

The Dominican team makes me scared for the U.S. team -- especially since all our boys are juicin', Barry Bonds-style.
I can't stand Barry Bonds - I'm ashamed to claim him as a Bay Area-ite.
