Great News from the Dominican Republic!

Yesterday I was checking my email and found one from a girl named Jani Christina. She is a member girl from my last area Haina. She and her family live next door to the missionaries. She wrote and told me that a guy that I baptized named Richard is going on a mission!!! Richard is an amazing person and was someone that I had hoped would go on a mission. He was the best investigator I had. He always did the things we asked him to do. He was always so interested in the things we had to say and had great questions that really tested our knowledge as missionaries. We baptized him in April of 2004. I'm not sure when he will be leaving but I am going to try to find out.
